Acceptance of the conditions
The customer recognizes to have acquainted, at the time of the signing of command, particular conditions of sale expressed on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reserve.
The present general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between NORO and his customer, both parts accepting them without reserve. These general conditions of sale will prevail over quite other conditions appearing in quite other document, except preliminary, express and written dispensation.
Expedition and Delivery
The delivery period will depend on the availability of products as well as the banking checks necessities. In case of delay, you will be contacted by telephone or e-mail.
Further to the validation of your command the periods are:
For France: 5 in 10 working days (on Monday in Saturday).
For Europe: 10 in 20 working days (on Monday in Friday).
For the international: 10 in 25 working days (on Monday in Saturday).
We work with The Post office in "Colissimo Suivi", "Colissimo Suivi Europe", " international Colissimo ", for all our sendings.
Parcel are distributed against signature. In case of absence during the delivery, a calling card is left with you. The parcel is then preserved during a period of 15 days in the closest distributing office from your home.
The goods always travel at your own risk. You have to verify the good state of the goods in the arrival of the parcel and you have a periodof 48 hours to make possible reserves with the carrier in case of missing or with the degradation.
In every case you will receive an email indicating you a number of parcel allowing you to draw him on www.coliposte.net.
Expenses of delivery
The expenses of delivery are automatically calculated as soon as you establish your basket of purchases and appear in the final amount as you end your command. They differ according to the weight of the products which you select during your order.
In case of partial delivery, the transport costs will be only charged during the first delivery.
Payment
All the prices indicated on the site are in euro TTC (TVA 19.6 %), except transport costs. The amount of the invoice will be sold on your account in the date of the sending of the goods. In case of partial delivery, will be sold only the really delivered amount.
We accept your payment with one of the following bank cards: VISA, PREMIERE, MASTERCARD, American Express…
Return / Exchange
If you are not satisfied by your command, NORO makes a commitment to exchange the concerned products. The expenses of sending and of return will be then at your expense.
You have a period of 7 days as from the date of reception to send back to us products.
Incomplete damaged or returned articles are not resumed and will have returned to you as is at your expense.
Confidentiality
According to the IT law and Liberties of January 6th, 1978, you have a right of access and a rectification to the data concerning you. Your data will be passed on in no outside body.
